With our experience in high yield commercial real estate, VARCAP is able to support high touch debt and equity asset management. We work with clients to develop appropriate scopes of service ranging from discreet adjunct asset management tasks, to complete asset or portfolio oversight.
VARCAP marshals appropriate resources to ensure that the asset’s specific characteristics, issues, and potential are understood and that value is maximized. We stress the importance of coordinated communication through a collaborative approach with originators and real estate investment team members.
We also review and assess departmental processes and functions, and work with management to address and improve policies and practices.
